The Mindful Imagination
This is a 6-week class series for kids, ages 7-9
The summer session begins the week of June 6, 2023
In this class, we will explore how our emotions, mind and imagination influences our everyday life and how we can play a part in shaping our daily experiences with more confidence, clarity and certainty within ourselves and the world around us.
Dates: Tuesday, June 6 - July 11
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 AM EST
Place: Zoom (Virtual)
Once you enroll, you will receive an email confirmation with your class details.
Children will learn mindfulness strategies to help expand their awareness around how their emotions, mind and imagination influence their experiences in life, as well as how to successfully navigate these states to promote an overall sense of wellbeing.
Children will have the opportunity to participate in guided practices, ask questions, interact with Miss Tammy and connect with their peers throughout our time together.
Miss Tammy's teaching style is fun, engaging and experiential. Children will have a direct experience with the teachings. No required experience or knowledge is necessary.
Students will learn how powerful their mind, emotions and imagination can be in their lives and how directing their mind, emotions and imagination for over all wellbeing and success in life is a skill they can learn.
As a result, they will develop better focus and concentration, cultivate a deeper connection with their mind, body, imagination and an understanding of the importance of self-love and self-care with practices they can always come back to.
